• All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes shall be charged as per Indian law.

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Subscriptions may be recurring unless terminated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services:

• For policy violations
• For non-payment
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Termination does not waive payment obligations incurred prior.

Use of WhatsApp and RCS services is subject to:

• Meta Business Policies
• WhatsApp Commerce and Messaging Policies
• RCS telecom regulations

Shri Guru Teg Seva acts as a facilitator and does not control Meta or telecom platform decisions.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

Message delivery is dependent on:

• Telecom networks
• Platform availability
• User device status

We do not guarantee delivery, read receipts, or response rates.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and systems belong to Shri Guru Teg Seva.
Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

13. Confidentiality

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Platform downtime beyond our control

Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
